Anshul Das - a

 Connective Tutoring tutor in Math, Science, Test Prep, Hindi, Study Skills and Reading - is a Georgia Tech student majoring in Biomedical Engineering. One of Anshul's many passions is helping others through tutoring, mentoring, and pursuing a career in the medical field. He plans to attend medical school once he graduates.

Anshul has been tutoring and mentoring since 2008 and does an incredible job with each of his students. He currently works with middle school, high school, and college level students in math and science, SAT and ACT preparation, and MCAT preparation. One of his clients said:

Study Skills Instructor: Lauren Spikes

Lauren Spikes, Georgia Tech student and tutor extraordinaire, has been teaching a fun, motivating Study Skills Workshop at Connective Tutoring's new office in Paper Mill Village! The class consists of four Walton High School students and they have learned how to manage their time, stay organized and concentrate in class, take notes efficiently, and study well using great reading comprehension and test preparation techniques.

Start the New Year Off Right with Connective Tutoring!

Each semester, we get phone calls from parents and students in full-on panic mode a day or two before a big test, such as a final exam. We are often able to accomodate requests like this and have successfully helped many students at the last minute, but at that point there is only so much the tutor can do to help students prepare for a test. We do not recommend cram sessions and do not want your school year to be operated in last-minute, panic mode. Your money will be put to much better use by meeting with a tutor reguarly starting in week 1. Even if you feel confident in your class material, we encourage you to use our services to keep you in check and stay on top of each of your classes. SAT and ACT Score Improvements

Scores are coming in and Connective Tutoring is proud to announce that this fall we've had the most students ever obtain a 200 or more point increase on the SAT. This semester we've also had the most students in our history increase their ACT by 3 or more points! Congratulations, college-bound juniors and seniors!

Summer is Here!
Recent studies have shown that during the average summer vacation, students lose one month's worth of information from the previous year. The largest losses are in mathematics and spelling. Your student worked hard this year, so let's help them retain that information! Summer maintenance sessions at Connective Tutoring are flexible for vacation schedules, but are also very effective. We offer individual instruction as well as discounted group tutoring for all levels, subjects, and tests.
